3. Return Shipping Costs

Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped:
If the return is caused by an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.

Returns due to personal reasons:
If you wish to return an item because of a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that returned packages will be received without tracking confirmation.
